At Super El Niño™, we sell premium digital emergency preparedness guides in PDF format. Because our products are delivered as instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the order is completed.
Digital Download Policy
- All products sold on Super El Niño™ are digital PDF products.
- No physical item will be shipped.
- After purchase, customers receive access to download the purchased guide or bundle.
- Because digital files can be accessed, saved, copied, or downloaded immediately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
No Refunds
All digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to read the product description before ordering
- Already downloaded or accessed digital files
- Customer misunderstanding that the product is digital, not physical
