AfricanNetSponge™ serves customers through an international online store. Products may be prepared and dispatched by approved fulfilment partners located in regions different from our listed business address.

The delivery options available for a particular order depend on the destination, inventory location, carrier coverage and services offered during checkout.

01 / PROCESSING

Preparing Your Order

After an order is placed, it may require payment verification, inventory confirmation, quality checks, packing and transfer to the shipping carrier.

Current processing or dispatch estimates are displayed during checkout, on the product page or in the order confirmation where available.

Weekends, public holidays, unusually high order volumes, security reviews or inventory transfers may affect processing time.

02 / DESTINATIONS

Where We Deliver

We ship to destinations accepted by our checkout. Available countries, regions and postal codes may change according to carrier coverage, legal restrictions and fulfilment availability.

If checkout does not accept a destination, we cannot guarantee that delivery is available to that location.

Rates may depend on the delivery destination, parcel size, order value, product location and selected carrier service.

Delivery periods shown at checkout or in shipping communications are estimates based on information available when the order is placed.

Unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date, estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, seasonal demand, local disruptions or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Packed for Dispatch

The product is checked, packed and prepared for transfer to the carrier.

03 / IN TRANSIT

Carrier Movement

Tracking begins updating after the carrier scans the parcel into its network.

04 / DELIVERED

Arrival

The carrier records delivery at the address or approved collection location.

Tracking

Follow the Parcel

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or telephone number supplied at checkout.

Tracking may not update immediately after the label is created. The first carrier scan can occur after the parcel is collected or reaches a sorting facility.

Some economy or local delivery services may provide limited tracking events.

Multiple Shipments

One Order May Arrive Separately

Products within one order may be prepared at different fulfilment locations or become available at different times.

When an order is divided into multiple parcels, each shipment may receive a separate tracking number and delivery date. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we divided an order after checkout.

Delivery Address

Check Every Line Before Paying.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient name, apartment or unit number, street, city, state or region, postal code and country.

Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment or carrier processing has begun.

Carriers may reject, return or delay parcels addressed incorrectly or incompletely. Additional postage may apply if an order must be resent because of customer-supplied address information, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations & Changes

Contact Us Before Dispatch.

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order or change the product, colour, quantity or delivery address.

We will try to assist, but fulfilment can begin shortly after checkout and changes are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled and may need to follow our applicable return process after delivery.

International Shipping

Borders May Add Extra Steps.

International deliveries may require customs clearance and may be reviewed by border, postal or regulatory authorities.

Import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier-processing fees may apply depending on the destination. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient may be responsible for paying them.

Customs processing is controlled by the destination authorities and can extend delivery time. We cannot guarantee the duration of customs review.

Shipping Delays

When the Journey Takes Longer.

Delays can result from weather, carrier congestion, customs review, public holidays, labour disruption, natural events, security inspections, local delivery conditions or incomplete address information.

If we learn before dispatch that we cannot ship within a period we clearly promised, we will provide an appropriate update and, where required by law, an opportunity to accept a revised timeframe or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Mandatory delivery and cancellation rights available in the customer’s country or region remain unaffected.

United States Orders

Shipping-Time Commitments

Where US law applies, stated shipping periods are based on information reasonably available to us. If a qualifying order cannot be shipped within the stated or legally applicable period, we will provide the delay, cancellation and refund options required by law.

European Customers

Mandatory Delivery Rights

Where EU or other applicable consumer law provides mandatory delivery deadlines or remedies, those rights continue to apply. Where no different delivery period has been agreed, applicable rules may require delivery without undue delay and within the legally prescribed period.

Missing Parcels

Tracking Stopped or Nothing Arrived?

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the parcel has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number.

We may ask you to confirm the delivery address, check with household members, neighbours, building staff or the local carrier, and allow a reasonable period for a carrier investigation.

After reviewing the tracking information and carrier findings, we will provide the resolution required by the circumstances and applicable consumer law. This may include continued delivery assistance, replacement or refund.

Marked Delivered

Check the Delivery Area First.

Carrier tracking can occasionally show delivery shortly before the parcel is physically handed over or placed at the final location.

Check entrances, mail areas, parcel lockers, safe places, reception desks and with household members or neighbours. Contact the local carrier for delivery-location details where available.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us promptly so we can review the tracking record and assist with the appropriate carrier process.

Damaged Deliveries

Photograph the Parcel Before Discarding It.

Inspect the product soon after delivery. If the item or packaging arrives damaged, keep the product, packaging and shipping label while we review the issue.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer and inner packaging
  • A photograph of the shipping label where relevant

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Tell Us Before Using the Product.

Contact us promptly if you receive the wrong product, incorrect colour, incorrect quantity or an incomplete order.

Do not wash or use an incorrectly supplied personal-care product while the issue is being reviewed. Include clear photographs and your order number so we can provide the appropriate resolution.

Returned to Sender

Undeliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

A parcel may be returned because of an incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal, unpaid customs charges or failure to collect it from the carrier.

Once the parcel is returned and reviewed, we will contact you about available options. Additional shipping charges may apply to customer-requested reshipment where permitted by law. Refund treatment is governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.

Safe Places & Instructions

Carrier Decisions May Apply

Delivery instructions, safe-place requests and signature preferences may be passed to the carrier where supported, but fulfilment of those requests cannot be guaranteed. Carrier safety policies and local delivery rules take priority.

Choose a Reliable Address

Use an address where parcels can be received securely. Where available, consider a staffed location, parcel locker or address where someone can accept the shipment.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude or restrict delivery, cancellation, replacement, refund or transit-risk rights that cannot legally be waived.

Customers may have additional protections under the laws of their country, state or region. Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection rule, the mandatory rule applies.
