Orders & Acceptance
An Order Is Subject to Review.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not prevent us from reviewing availability, payment authorisation, pricing, delivery details or suspected fraud before fulfilment.

Because an African Net Sponge is used directly against the body, opened, washed, wet or used products may be restricted from voluntary change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons where permitted by law.
This restriction does not remove applicable rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming goods.

Your purchase agreement for products is between you and AfricanNetSponge™, while third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control. Review their terms before using them or submitting information.
